Order Processing

Once the order is placed on our website or mobile application (collectively referred to as the “platform”), it will be dispatched within 24 working hours from confirmation of your order.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Maximum Delivery Time: 7 working days
These timelines apply after dispatch and may vary depending on the delivery location, availability of courier services, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Maharashtra & Gujarat: Typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days

Other Indian States: Usually delivered within 5 to 7 working days

Remote Areas: Delivery may require pickup from the nearest courier office if doorstep delivery is not available
Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

Please ensure the address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate. In case of incorrect or incomplete addresses, our delivery partner may attempt to contact you for clarification.

Delivery will be attempted twice. If:

You are unavailable,

Your address is insufficient,

Or your contact number is not reachable,
the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

RTO (Return to Origin) Policy:

Once your order is marked RTO and received back, a refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.

RTO orders will not be re-delivered. If you still wish to purchase the items, you must place a new order on the platform.

No early/express delivery is available at the moment.

Orders Below ₹500: Shipping charge of ₹70 applies.

Orders Above ₹500: Free Shipping
Shipping charges are applicable per order and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Cash On Delivery (COD)

COD orders are accepted across most pincodes.

Shipping charges remain the same as standard orders, based on the order value.
